Shelley’s twenty years of business experience includes holding executive level positions with Infor Software Solutions, CheckFree, BellSouth and MCI. Her experience spans the full breadth of start-up to well established companies where she launched new companies, brands and products. She has hired, trained and led cross functional teams of various sizes globally and knows how to empower teams to drive results. Shelley’s expertise in leadership performance, team optimization and cultural agility enables her to help leaders achieve their goals, realize their full potential and directly impact organization-wide performance. She has extensive cross functional experience leading coaching and team building sessions with sales, marketing, customer service, operations, human resources, finance and IT leaders across a broad range of industries including technology, financial services, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and healthcare. Her international experience includes  coaching and leading workshops in Canada, Brazil; in Europe including France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands and the UK; and in the Asia-Pacific region including China, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, India and Japan. Her international experience enables her to understand the cultural nuances and leadership dimensions necessary to provide value in a global context.

Shelley holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute, (CTI) which is certified by the International Coach Federation, the worldwide leader in coaches training and is certified in five assessment tools including the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, the Myers-Briggs, the Hogan Leadership Series, Emotional Intelligence Appraisal and the Bixler 360-Degree Report. Shelley’s board memberships include TAG’s Women in Technology and Samaritan House. She is an active member in TAG’s HR Society; International Coach Federation (ICF). Georgia Coaches Association and SHRM, Society for Human Resources Management.
