Bob CollinsBob Collins is a senior leadership consultant for Bixler Consulting Group. He has a record of accomplishments in six industries covering operations in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America that included specialty chemical, biotech, medical services, healthcare, food services, and entertainment. Mr. Collins works closely with CEOs to further key initiatives and build collaborative relationships between the Board of Directors and executive leadership that contribute to organizational performance and superior results.

Prior to joining Bixler Consulting Group, Mr. Collins was the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Zep Inc. While at Zep, Mr. Collins was a trusted adviser to the CEO and Board of Directors, especially in the areas leadership talent, organizational development, succession planning, executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions and business integrations. Mr. Collins transformed the HR service delivery to support the business leaders’ objectives and employees’ needs. He identified the essential elements of an effective relationship with the Board of Directors and worked with executive leadership on how to deliver against these relationship attributes. Mr. Collins was also instrumental in leading the initiative to blueprint, build and launch Zep China in 2013.

Prior to joining Zep, Mr. Collins was Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Serologicals Corporation where he participated in a five-year transformation that produced 600% revenue growth, eightfold increase in market capitalization, 3 times market share expansion and an EPS CAGR of 32%. Before Serologicals Corporation, Mr. Collins held several executive roles including Partner, Ray & Berndtson, President and COO Vision Twenty-One, Inc. and various positions at Magellan Health Services including President, Beacon Behavioral Health Group; Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives; Senior Vice President, Franchise Development; President, Group Practice Affiliates; and Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions.

Mr. Collins is a member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum and serves on its Finance Committee, the Society for Human Resource Management and is on the Board of Directors of its Atlanta Chapter, having previously served as Chairman. Mr. Collins received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
